Overview

A field or column that does not exist, asked for by name: row[:nmae], or a path into an XML record that no element supplies.

A ::KeyError, because it is what Hash#fetch raises and these methods are fetch in everything but name. Almost always a typo in an adapter rather than a question about the data, so the message lists what is there.
